Meet Caroline Ronalds

Salut! My name is Caroline Ronalds, certified sports massage therapist.

My purpose is straightforward: provide pain relief to help you improve your quality of life.

Repetitive movements take their toll on our bodies. Our muscles form unconsciously around the actions we do all day. Whether it’s sitting in front of a computer, lifting things, running around, training at the gym etc, it’s up to us to actively take the lead in preventing our muscles from working against us.

I worked in the restaurant industry for almost 8 years. Due to the physical nature of this job, I had severe lower back pain on and off for almost 5 years and had no concrete idea why. This is what inspired me the most to study massage therapy. When I started to learn how the muscular system works, everything just started making sense.

Pain that we experience because of an injury tends to be treated really quickly; usually with medication, maybe some physiotherapy, but without putting an emphasis on the long term muscle issues that it can create. One of my teachers said to me, “stop becoming your injuries”. This phrase resonated with me and has inspired me to help others figure out WHY they’re in pain and how to fix it through massage therapy.

Nothing makes me happier than helping you improve the quality of your day-to-day life.

I’m looking forward to meeting you!
